Terms and Conditions - Garden Maintenance Highbury

1. Services Provided
Our garden maintenance services include but are not limited to:
- Regular lawn mowing and edging
- Pruning and trimming of shrubs and trees
- Weed control and removal
- Mulching and soil nourishment
- Seasonal planting and garden bed maintenance
2. Service Schedule
Services are scheduled based on the agreement signed at the commencement of our engagement. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
2.1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us within the stipulated time frame to avoid any cancellation fees.
3. Payment Terms
Payment for services rendered is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We accept various payment methods including:
- Bank transfers
- Credit and debit cards
- Online payment platforms
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Provide clear access to the property during scheduled service times
- Inform us of any specific requirements or concerns regarding garden maintenance
- Ensure that pets are secured to prevent any accidents during maintenance activities
5. Liability
While we strive to deliver excellent service, Garden Maintenance Highbury is not liable for:
- Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions in the garden
- Unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions
- Any indirect or consequential losses arising from our services
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. Termination clauses and associated obligations will be outlined in the service contract.
6.1. Termination for Breach
In case of a breach of terms, the non-breaching party has the right to terminate the agreement immediately upon written notice.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions as needed. Clients will be notified of any significant changes at least 14 days prior to implementation.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
